Hari Koduru - Executive Board Member, CEO (Interim)
Mr. Koduru is one of the founders of SigmaStream, an Oil&Gas software services company, and is also the President & CEO. Additionally, Mr. Koduru is a co-founder of ImersionGIS, a pureplay GIS organization that focuses on the land records business in the US. With over 30 years of experience in the software and product development, Mr. Koduru’s expertise spans the drilling business, the field of GIS, hospitality, fleet scheduling, to name a few. Before creating SigmaStream, Mr. Koduru, as a Senior Technical Advisor at Energistics, played a pivotal role in the creation of a new data exchange protocol called the Energistics Transfer Protocol (ETP), that now is an industry standard adopted by the Open Subsurface Data Universe (OSDU), in addition to a number of organizations in the Oil&Gas industry.
Mr. Koduru lives and operates out of Houston, TX in the US and holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering from Clemson, SC, USA.
Dr. Ravikumar Karumanchi - Chief Scientist
Dr. Karumanchi has 40 publications in various journals and conferences, 10+ Tool Method Inventions (at General Motors), and many invited talks to his credit. He served as an Associate Editor of SADHANA, the Indian Academy of Sciences Journal, and was the Organizing Committee co-chair for the International Game Theory Society Conference, Mumbai, 2003 and the Program Committee co-Chair(Manufacturing) for the IEEE CASE-2009 conference. At General Motors, he orchestrated MoUs with premium institutes like IITB, ISB and TIFR for collaborative research.
Dr. Karumanchi has over 22 years of industrial research experience in the areas of Automotive Supply Chain Management, Revenue Management, Internet Auctions, and Recommendation Engines.
He started his research career as a Research Staff Member at IBM Research, India, and developed game-theoretic learning algorithms in the areas of Internet Auctions and Online Marketing during 1998-2003. Later, he served as a Lab Group Manager at GM R&D (2003-12), Chief Statistician at Manthan Systems (2012-14), and Principal Scientist at TCS Research (2014-18). He chartered and championed Procurement Technologies Research at General Motors R&D India, a program that was run successfully for 5 years yielding significant cost savings to the corporation between 2006-2010. His team at GM won three times the highest Global R&D award in a span of 9 years. At Manthan Systems he led the technical effort on Offer Recommendation Engine for Retail which was integrated into Manthan’s customer analytics product TargetOne. He was the technical lead in Digital Manufacturing and Operations program at TCS and worked on a prescriptive analytics tool to support Forecast Order Generation for a big automotive company.
Dr. Karumanchi has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He received Charles McCuen special achievement award and inventor milestone award at General Motors. His work on enterprise system response time prediction to prevent outages won the Best Innovation Award at TCS Auto-digital Day , 2016.
Sreenivas Peesapati - Executive Board Member
Mr. Peesapati is the founder & CEO of Covalensedigital, an enterprise software products & services company. He founded Covalensedigital with a vision of building innovative products & solutions to disrupt subscription economy (innovations that are aligned for “Everything as a service (XaaS)” future. With over 28 years of software and product development experience, Mr. Peesapati envisioned an organization that would enable people to unleash their true potential and serve as a learning platform. Prior to Covalensedigital, Mr. Peesapati was involved in several key positions at Portal Software, Oracle and high growth startups involved in building innovative products in Telecommunications and DirectToHome broadcasting domains. In the decade-plus journey of Covalensedigital, Mr. Peesapati spearheaded the expansion of the organization towards new technologies, practices, unique solutions and products making it a renowned brand across the globe.
Mr. Peesapati holds a Master's in Computer Science and Engineering from NIT, Warangal, India.
